With many years of experience successfully helping individuals and 
companies bridge cross-cultural differences, I'm now offering my services 
as a cross-cultural consultant to businesses nationwide. These include:

• corporate consulting: a 2-hour meeting at which I advise top-level managers on how to understand and work through cultural problems they have encountered when doing business in China/with Chinese nationals;
  

• Doing Business in US or China: a 5-hour seminar at which the major cross-cultural problems are covered (e.g., business etiquette, differences in accounting practices, differences in business laws and etc.) and employees' questions & answers sessions.
  

	When I was working as an internal auditor for an American inter-
national corporation and translator for an American joint venture, the 
management and employees of both companies encountered many difficulties that could be easily resolved if there was more understanding 
between American and Chinese cultures and customs. Luckily, I was able 
to represent the perspective and priorities of each side to the other, 
and some of the misunderstandings were quickly resolved.  

	Nowadays, the changing world economy demands an efficient bridge 
between the two different cultures. The effective representatives need 
to know the difference to be able to accomplish tasks to meet their 
business goals, whether managerial or technical.  Therefore my consult-
ing service trains individuals and (or) entities conducting business 
with China.
